Applegate has managed my commercial property for over a year now. Could not be happier with their service and results. Monthly reports, good communication, tenants love them, and they work hard at filling vacant space. Highly recommended!

Upon move in there were a few maintenance requests I had. The Applegate team was very efficient at relaying the information accurately to the maintenance man Joe!nnI am so impressed with Joe's work. He was very thorough and professional. His attention to detail is impeccable. Not only did he get everything on the list fixed, he left every thing as clean as it was beforehand. Besides the fixes, I could not even tell he was there! He also called to touch base with me before and after the scheduled maintenance work. It was also very nice that he arranged a set time for the work (versus a time frame) I am very impressed with his work. Now that everything is up and running well I really feel at home. Big shout out and thanks to Applegate and Joe!

They look at credit only if you have bad credit don’t come here. Felonies not a problem evictions do come here they accept you. The lady in the office is rude will talk to my governors office about these people. Applying here with credit score under 800 waste of your time. Mice in apartment I looked at one saw mice playing tag

T.J. was great to deal with. Right from the beginning, she took me very seriously and treated every situation that arose very professionally. I would look nowhere else to handle my commercial real estate needs.

Within the past year, Applegate has charged us $2,610 in addition to our rent, due to changes in their company policy (which they fail to let tenants know and apparently these company policies overrules your legal binding lease), scam charges, and oh yeah they’ll just take another months rent for fun for the month after your lease is up. There are terrible people working there, and I know it seems like every place is rented out by them in this area, but RUN. DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM. This is your warning.
