Staff are nice during PM shift. I think the glass and counter needs to be cleaned.

The sandwich was fine. (I passed on having cucumber slices on it because they weren’t looking very good.) Cleanliness was the real problem. Lots of tiny flies around the pop machine and regular flies on the tables. Pop had been spilled on the floor in front of the pop machine and it was a sticky mess. It was a very obvious puddle that had dried, so it had to have been there for awhile. I told the young people working at the counter about it and the boy said he’d get right to it. I ate my sandwich there and no one wiped it up before I left. I also noticed other spills on the floor that looked like they’d been there for awhile. I’ve never experienced this in a Subway store before, even at this particular location. I won’t eat there again. There are enough other Subway locations that take care of their store. By the way, I tried to give a review on Subway’s website, but you have to have your receipt to do so. I wasn’t given my receipt.

Came in @ 3 on Sep 13th and the two people that helped me are there most of the time, just wanted to thank the young guy and gal, they’re always so quick and ready to help you. I hope their boss appriciates them!
