Ever since the whole pandemic started a lot of the employees I have notice have their own opinions to the mask mandate. The manager is very good at asking customers to put on a mask and even offering masks to those you dont have them! Every single time I go to this subway I always use the drive threw its so simple and easy it actually talks to you so I never see how customers can mess up there order, like theirs even a call button to make sure what you ordered is correct. Sometimes they do have to shut down the drive threw due to issues or being to busy and not a lot of people but they are trying their best!!! At least you can go inside most places are drive threw only!!! If your a fisher or play Pokemon go theirs also a nice lake with plenty of Poke Stops.

Ordered Subs on the app. Pick them up and get home. Go figure 2 subs have Mayo on them and the kids will not eat them. Looked at the receipt to see what it says. Nope no Mayo on those 2 subs. It's all written down for them to follow. Sad.

Touch screen ordering is not for me, who ever reads them gets my order wrong every time!

Thought they were doing well with wearing masks and then a girl from the back came to the front without a mask and started picking through the food in the front. Might as well not wear masks. I turned around and walked out. However, I tried it again once mask regulation for Wisconsin was put into place. Everyone (employees) was complying with the order, so I feel better about going there. Food is good.
