Howe Property Group was outstanding to work with! Kelly and her crew take great pride in their properties. The units are updated, clean and very well maintained. Any maintenance needed received prompt attention. I would highly recommend any property that they manage. High integrity and professionalism! They screen and truly care about their tenants.

Howe Property Group is by far the most efficient property management I have ever encountered. The rental process was handled with integrity and in a timely manner, and I never once had to wait for a response, regardless of the issue. The apartment was extremely clean, up-to-date, and well-kept, with attention given to the smallest details. Expectations of renters are reasonable, and guarantee a quiet, safe, and orderly environment. I was extremely pleased with the entire rental experience and found no negatives whatsoever.
