I have bought 2 homes with Randy and sold one. He and his team were great to work with. When I was selling one home and purchasing the other, it was a unique situation. I'm not sure I would have weathered those transactions with a less experienced realtor!nnNow I keep an eye out for a property with a little more space Even though I'm not absolutely sure that I want to move, Randy was great about showing me a property that I had been intrigued by for awhile. It wasn't for me, but I'll definitely be contacting Randy when the next one comes along.

We contacted Randy Cudd to show us a few different homes. We sent a list to him and asked him to set up showings. After not hearing from him in 3 days i called him and he said the only way he would show us houses is if we sent proof of funds to purchase home. I asked if this was his rule and he said yes. I did send him proof of funds showing available funds. He then came back and said we did not meet his criteria. I have never been treated like this with anything or anyone ever. Dont waste your time. I will be posting anywhere i can to let anyone know how things went. I will call Keller Williams corporate and will be filing a complaint showing discrimanation.
