Working with HergGroup on our latest purchase was a wonderful experience. Their help made the process a breeze! They did such a great job we are using them to list our home.

My wife and I looked at a real estate website and found a house that we liked a little better than our current one. We were contacted by Lisa and notified the house had an accepted offer and she offered to show us some similar in the area. We weren't a fan of the next one and relayed the information that we would rather wait for the right house and right deal. She informed us that a deal fell through and that this one was available. We went to look at it twice. We found some things we didn't like and made an initial offer based on those. We let her know that we were okay not getting this as we have our current house and if it was the right deal we would like it. We met up to make the initial offer, which was below what she felt was acceptable and submitted it. A few days later, she said the seller was insulted and came back a little less than asking offer. I waited a few days and put together another offer as we were in no hurry and if it was sold, then we would move on. I told her the offer over text and she kept complaining the seller wouldn't even look at an offer that wasn't at least an amount. I was okay with that and she said she would have the offer written up in the hour and e-mailed to sign. I didn't receive the offer and instead received a roof report. I told her I wanted the same offer anyways and after going back and forth many times about how she thought we should offer the full amount. She openly admitted (via text messages) she wasn't defending our price despite issues on the property and we truly felt that she was trying to milk every last commission dollar out of us. We were okay if this deal didn't work, but she clearly was not. As a buyer, we rely on our hired real estate agent to work for us and this is not acceptable.

Lisa Ferguson helped us find a new home in Western Wisconsin. She was extremely attentive and helpful, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area!

Bought my first house with my wife and family and had Kevin Kelly as my realtor agent.
