Not protective of sellers best interest in a contract negotiation. Didn’t use all options available to insure we’d be able to get best offer for home in the end by failing to bring other interested buyers to the table they were aware of once an offer was placed. Failed to leverage a multiple offer situation available. Didn’t take time to be detailed in explanations of options or give good advice in counter offers. Used pressure sales techniques to encourage acceptance of offer...we lost any possibility to accept the new higher priced offer that came in next day. Would not recommend.

I used Mark R Johnson from the Johnson Group with Coldwell Banker to sell my home in Hudson Wisconsin back in May.nnBefore choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. The Johnson group with Coldwell Banker stood out as the best the Saint Croix area has to offer. I found Mark to be a stand out realtor when it comes to professionalism, experience, and general knowledge of the Saint Croix area when compared to other agents I have used in the past. Also The Johnson group had a excellent rating in general. Their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. Mark has a great team that works with him. The photographer was excellent, the presentation was professional, and the recommendations suggested by the interior designer allowed me the ability to sell my house at a higher price. When I was ready to sell my house it took less the 12 hours before I accepted an offer that was even above what I was asking for. I had a lot of showings the first day with quite a few offers made. I would recommend Mark Johnson with the Johnson group for anyone looking to sell their home.nnChris Jacobs
