We technically didn't use this business because they never showed up. Services were scheduled two days in advance and we explicitly expressed that the service needed to be done by today (10/12). Both my mother and I received a text message late this morning that they were an hour behind. My mother called after two hours had passed our scheduled time because no one showed up, and was told that they were just behind but on their way. She then called 20 minutes later to double check and they still hadn't left. She was told that they could still come today and have it done within 45 minutes, but we're not risking a possible rush job on top the other unprofessionalism experienced today. We're on a tight deadline to get this house cleaned up and have now been set back a day. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

Sam did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. I dont have anything bad to say about the work he did for me and the amazing low price. Every stain in concern he got out and everything looks great! However, I do have an 8 camera security system in and out side my house, the person he brought with him asked me if she could use my restroom in which I said sure. She was in there over 10 minutes and after all was said and done and they left, my wife went into the restroom to get ready to goto dinner and her 200.00 flat iron that she left on the counter to cool, was missing... we looked everywhere just incase it was misplaced, we reviewed the camera footage and seen a large bulge in the womans shirt upon leaving. I contacted sam and she said she didn't take it. We contacted the police and they reviewed the footage and charges are now pressed against her. Sam and his cleaning service are amazing, just make sure he comes alone..

I’ve been able to work with Sam on a pretty big job he needed some extra hands on, and his attention to detail was incredible. He just kept going until the job was finished without cutting corners or missing anything. This is a great business for sure, and Sam is a fantastic owner! Great job Sam!
