Took van through and cleaned vehicle. Floor Rails for middle seats were damaged beyond repair and immediately brought to their attention. Filled out form and manager does not call back after several attempts to reach him. Finally I try on July 1st and he answers the phone . He says sorry, we trust our kids cleaning the vehicle and they would never do that. This is not a huge deal, but will cost about 300.00 at Toyota to dial in. Poor management and they have lost a loyal customer. Beware!!!!nnReply to your response:nWas not damaged before the service and got into the vehicle to the damage you left. Open and shut case.
Very happy with the service! I don't set my expectations super high when I get a Groupon, but I was very impressed! I got the interior detail and my carpets and leather look like new. Took about 2 1/2 hours. Staff was all very nice too!
Bought the most expensive car wash and they did a terrible job. Didn’t even clean the dirt off the doors. I expected more for the $35 I paid to have it washed and cleaned.
The outside was great. The inside needed to be a little cleaner than expected. They left streak marks on Windows, left dirt on running boards and only vacuumed the front and not the hatch.
I used a groupon for a full interior detail & my SUV has never looked so clean! He even got out all the dog hair which is pretty hard to do! I'm impressed. I'll definitely use their detail service again.
