Had the inside and outside detailing. They were overbooked and understaffed but they honored my appointment time. SUV looked amazing at no additional costs. Didn't give 5 stars because the front grill was missed. Overall, completely satisfied and I would not hesitate to frequent this establishment!

Was really hesitant here based on the reviews, but ONE on dog hair stood out, just as glaringly as the dog hair in my SUV. Waited on site becausebi didn't have a ride that day, in a clean, warm, spacious environment. My car came out looking like it did when I bought it. Just great. But once my mats dried and I put them in they were the wrong size. Called Dave and they contacted some other customers from that day to see if there was a mixup. After getting back to me twice with no luck, this business conducted themselves as EVERY business should. There were totally accountable and bought a brand new set from the dealership, offered to re-shampoo my floors, I opted to simply have them vacuum again, which they also vacuumed the rest of the car. I have to say.... its been a LOT of years since I've seen any business be accountable and do such good work. Every person at this place was a pleasure to work with. This is the kind of business that we all want to support. What's more.... I grabbed this detail deal on Groupon for just $72. Guess who has a customer for life?! Yep.

I bought a detailing package for my fiance for his birthday. His car was pretty dirty, but, I expected for 150$ that it would be perfect. It was smeary on the dash, the floor mats were thrown in the trunk dirty and the inside door frames were filthy. I noticed there were several dissatisfied customers that day so not sure I would go again.

Great customer service, the best wash in town, and great monthly packages. My Trailblazer had no rust on it after 15 years due inpart to their monthly package.
