Del Taco

Ordered through door dash and only received half our food. Leaving myself and toddler without dinner.

Service even for a drive through was outstandingly friendly and a recommend on the chicken roller was awesome! I haven't eaten at a Del Taco in a few years. Now I'm planning on when I can come back. Great job guys!

Placed a mobile order figured it would be quicker I requested to pick it up in the drive-thru upon reaching the speaker and informing them of my order I was instructed that I HAD to come inside to get my order. After entering the store I had to stand there for several minutes before even being acknowledged then they couldn't even figure out how to find a mobile order, after running in and out of several rooms in the back they finally realized it was on their order screen the whole time. They then make and hand me my order and I'm glad I double checked it as they made it completely wrong not even close to what I had ordered, I specifically requested certian items to be left off do to allergies and yet they still put those items on in large quantities despite my order clearly stating to leave them off.

The only reason I didnt give Del Taco a 5 star rating is because they are always "undermanned". It takes them 20min to make my food , again this is a "Fast Food" establishment (emphasis on FAST). I have no other complaints. You should try they're cheesecake bites, it's to die for.
