Arby's

I really love Arby's but haven't loved this location. They don't allow in restaurant dining so you have to use the drive through. Every time through has been very slow. I try to not compare them to McDonald's because they aren't the same as far as speed. Even then, it took nearly 7 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. Once we got our food we were missing an item. Because it took so long to get through the line I almost didn't go back around to the drive through again but I did. Fortunately I didn't have to wait to get to the order microphone and explain that they forgot an item. They had us pull around to a door and they quickly fixed the problem with no questions asked. There are 2 other Arby's within about a 5 minute drive. I might save that time by going to one of those locations and ordering.

Usually great. Today I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru and they tried to give me the wrong order twice.

Always decent food man cant complain.

Good orange shake

Sept. 7th, missing our apple turnover and cookie. Made a call, Darren I believe told us we had 24 hours to get a replacement; we were heading out of town, no option or apology. Sept. 11th. Order again without and apple turnover and cookie. Called once again. Sounded like Darren, no name given. Said the door dash driver left too soon without getting the second bag, which didn't contain an apple turnover as we were advised they were out of. Problem, he through door dash drivet under the bus. The door dash driver was handed one bag and two drinks, plenty of time for the individual at the window to advise; one more bag still and no apple turnovers, they were out. When we called Darren or whomever, offered no compensation nor apology. My husband asked what he was going to do about it, Darren continued to blame door dash and kept telling my husband please listen to me. (NEVER OFFERED AN APOLOGY OR RESOLUTION). He was more interested in placing blame rather offering an apology or resolution. I always told my employees, when you have a dissatisfied customer, do not attempt to protect your 'brand, you must protect the company 'brand' which will increase sales, your paycheck and your companies brand. We paid for those items both times and no apology or compensation. Until recently the Arbys in Riverdale have been our fave place to go for good food and service. Never again.
