Noodles and Company

We have ordered extra sauce twice now and still have yet to receive the sauce. Theres no sauce in the noodles either. We should know better than to not check an order before leaving but when you're in a hurry sometimes its nice to assume the order you pay for is what you'll be getting. Its been a rough few months for everyone and we understand that. But we have given the "free money" to your business multiple times and its becoming very saddening. 😔

Sadly, disappointed. I love pasta/noodle dishes. For a company whose business model is to specialize i noodle dishes, my penne was severely undercooked. So was the broccoli. 😞There was hardly any sauce on the noodles and it was pretty bland. Nice size mushrooms were added and the chicken was okay. The Pot stickers were pretty good but the soy sauce was extremely spicy, even with a specific request to remove the red peppers (Who puts red peppers in soy sauce? This isn't a Mexican dish type sauce) Glad I marked that to be left out, but I still very much have the burn in my mouth from the red peppers even after eating my noodles and probably 15 minutes after eating. (Does that sound like a soy sauce to you?) Probably won't be ordering from here again. Well, definitely not at that price once you add delivery and tip. I expect a dang good meal for $30!!!

Everyone here is so nice and amazing. The food here is so good I can't get enough. The managers make sure to fix every mistake and listen to customer concerns!

We wanted hot food and power has been out for days. We've been self quarantined due to high risk family members and avoiding getting COVID. We saw the face covering requirements on the door and felt pretty safe until the cashier kept pulling down her mask breathing on us, a woman in the kitchen was wearing her mask like a beard and it didn't cover her nose OR her mouth, and the majority of patrons weren't wearing masks! Why bother not letting people dine in? Needless to say, we won't be eating there until the pandemic passes or a vaccine is developed. We were very disappointed at the disregard for everyone's safety.

Love this place!! Best noodles ever! I would recommend the buttered noodles with light seasoning for the newbies! You can't go wrong there!
