Once again, Brady and his crew have far exceeded our expectations! Travis was awesome! Took care of our plumbing issues! Professional, dependable, friendly, fast! Explained everything and gave us options. Price was great! We will not use any other company!

Super grateful for such knowledgeable employees! Our old home, with its makeshift plumbing, means that the seemingly smallest repair is always a big deal. We were lucky to have called Royal Plumbing and to have Tony come take care of us. Despite the tricky and unique circumstances of our old home, Tony knew what to do and took great care of us! Would absolutely call again!

I had gotten 3 other bids to replace my 26 year old furnace and install a water heater we already had. However the Royal salesman Brian, is the only one who checked that I had adequate air returns, ducting, electrical, etc. And I know it wasn’t just to sell me things I didn’t need because that didn’t happen! On installation day a week later, Colton, Nate, Kyle and Dave did a fabulous job getting the work done. They wore masks and put down floor protection. They even swept up and put all my rugs back exactly where they had been. There was one small glitch where the smart thermostat they brought had faulty wiring, but they installed a temporary one and are coming back soon with the right one. We went from an old 80% efficient unit to a high efficiency one with a two stage blower. The unit is quiet and the house is comfortable now even though it’s in the 30s outside. Oh - and their bid was a little less than the other guys!

Tony installed a water softener for us. He was professional, on time and did an excellent job of explaining the water softener features and operating to me. He was great to work with and calmly answered a million questions from me all while making quick work of the install. It was clear that he had been thinking about how to solve my hard water problem even on his own time.

I bought a new home that was cooled via swamp cooler and heated via radiator baseboard heats. I called for quotes on ductless and Brian came out 2 days later to give me prices, which ended up being extremely competitive. I went with Royal Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning because of their responsiveness, and they were willing to include a lot more for the price (wireless controls, removal of the swamp cooler, etc.). The install was scheduled for 3 days, and ended up taking longer than expected. But the install team; Tyler, Nate, Colton and Kyle were amazing. They stayed until 8pm that last day to make sure we had AC (since it was 100* out). The install team was amazing. They didn't make any decisions without checking to make sure it was what I wanted. Very pleased with the results. Definitely happy so far.
