Friendly, efficient, and reliable. Highly recommended
I am writing the same review for both Royal Flush and Utah Pipebursting because they seem to be the same (poorly managed) company. They advertise a free camera inspection, but actually charge $150, and then surprise you with a credit card fee as well. Upon asking for a copy of the inspection video, they wanted to charge another $60. I can't understand the point of taking the video if they do not intend to share it? Nor do I understand what could possibly warrant a $60 charge for a video they have already captured? Other companies included the video as part of the inspection -- I recommend shopping around.
I imagine they would want to be my first call if/when I need the line cleaned or repaired, but nickel-and-diming customers is no way to earn repeat business, goodwill, or market share. Transparency and service are a much better bet. Hire a professional who is honest and forthright, avoid Royal Flush and Utah Pipebursting!
My downstairs bathroom has a drain that’s been giving me problems for the past few days and these guys came through for me BIG TIME. Extremely satisfied with the professionalism and work ethic displayed. Dennis came out to my house on a Sunday morning to get me sorted and left me feeling comfortable and confident that I won’t be experiencing any problems in the foreseeable future. Can’t say enough about how appreciative my family and I are right now.
Wow I can not say how impressed I am with these guys! They have an excellent price and are a very thorough and effective drain unclogging service. Dennis did an amazing job and after the work he did for me I feel confident I am good to go for well "well" into the future. They are super passionate about their work and IMHO they even went above and beyond - Which is something I as well personally believe in, in life and everything! YAY I have happy drains again...I'm 200% satisfied and these guys are 200% recommended!
I called royal flush for a sewer scope and they had someone there next day! The tech was super knowledgeable and friendly. They will be my new plumbing company
