AMAZING! The staff were amazing to work with, anytime there was an issue in the apartment complex they were always very understanding and reliable. Very quiet neighborhood. Honestly it has been a great time living there for the past 15 years. Would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a rental! :)

I’ve had the pleasure of renting my last two beautiful apartments with them. Very efficient, thoughtful & Always willing to work with you. Very difficult place to work with. While the two units that we looked at were amazing, when we submitted an application for one (after being told there were no other applications) we were told the next day that someone had already had an application going through and were almost ready to move in. So we tried another unit as they let us transfer. Found out the next day someone was already moving in. After waiting for over a week and a half for the agent to reply to our calls or messages, we were told we might be able to receive a refund on our application fees, we were then pressed to try again to find another. Giving in as we are in a desperate situation, we then waited another week to find out that a studio was available (to which I said the location and unit would work well) and found out a few days later it would take longer than we thought to get in because the previous tenants had trashed the unit. By this time, we had already found a place and requested our refund back as we hadn't heard if our applications had been approved yet to be processed. Today, however we were told the applications were processed as I had said the unit and location would work. Very unhappy with the agent we worked with an severe lack of communication. It seemed the agent was trying to keep the money as much as possible. Will not be working with this company again.

Great people to work with. Very helpful. Scott and Tina are amazing. They really go the extra mile to help you get a place and to make sure everything is in working order and ready to move in. I totally recommend them !!
