So impressed! A gentleman came when I was selecting my wash and he made sure I knew that the dried berries on my car wouldn’t not come off with the basic level wash, so I upgraded. He wasn’t trying to sell me a more expensive wash, he cared that I got my money’s worth. He stated after the wash he’d come check it out to make sure it got clean. When he saw some spots left he had me pull around and sprayed it down himself to make sure it was clean. Very impressed! I will definitely start making this my go-to car wash!
Owner was right there to assist with the selection and payment process. He immediately noticed there were quite a few tougher bug spots to remove on my vehicle. He personally worked quickly on those and made sure my car was spotless! The welcoming personality and attention to detail, as well as practicing safe distancing, truly earns all 5 stars!!!
Great place to wash, and they have someone there making sure things are clean and working daily!
They noted that I was covered in bugs so they took me into another bay and sprayed my car poff first before I went through the automatic wash free of charge!! Great customer service! I very much appreciated the extra effort!!!!
My Mom is a senior citizen. Her red Chevy car had been parked under a pine tree for a short time and got the tree sap on it. She took it to super wash . The first time thru the sap did not come off which is understandable. She talked to the gentleman who I believe was the manager, who had her drive it over where they do the detailing of cars. He worked on it and got the sap removed, was so polite and kind with his time working on my elderly Mom's car. She was so happy that someone took the time to take care of her as a customer. IT made her week! Thank you kind sir.
