Sunday 1/12/20:woman was very polite, said tech would be probably an hour, he was on way n called me in50 Min's. He told me what was wrong right away and had furnace running in20 Min's customer since 1999.thanks John!!

Completely satisfied with their promptness and service. Worked with our warranty company and had empathy when our hot water heater failed . Once water heater arrived they immediately had us on the schedule within 2 days .When the wrong water heater shipped they made sure to contact the warranty company and had it installed the day after the correct one arrived. Called them several times over a couple days and never received a call back. However their website says their 24/7.
