I called on a Monday and was told someone would call on Tuesday. On Thursday Max Jr. Called and said he could be at my place that day. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable. I am guessing I received the call late due to needing a later time. Great experience!

This is the most honest plumber I have ever used a little pricey, but very worth it, his work is outstanding, and his work ethic is impeccable, very people friendly. I would highly recommend Fred Rykowski.

I will never use them again! He came with a plunger only & got paid to do work I had already did. Tried to lie & make it seem like the line was clearing up. Also told me he would give me a warranty on the work & if it clogs back up he would come out with the machine that he should have came out with in the 1st place. I’ve waited for over a month for this man to come back to my house to fix the problem he got paid to fix. He told my dad for 3 weeks straight he was coming or he would call me & he never did either! Told me in the beginning he would get to my house the next day of course he never did!! He is a liar & a snake. I would not recommend them to anyone & I’m for sure never calling them again! As a matter of fact they don’t even deserve my 1 Star but it will not let me post without giving it a star!

We had an unknown issue with our septic. Max was very accommodating with his time to come out and find our problem. It ended up being a plugged main line. He had us all fixed up and taken care of in no time. We would highly recommend him.

We had a sewer backup emergency. We called Mickey Rykowski to help with the situation. A large down payment was insisted upon before any work would be performed. His company worked on the problem a few different times. We wanted to keep track of the balance of the down payment and after several requests we were given invoices for the work performed. At that point, we felt more comfortable having the rest of the work completed by a different company. By the way, we do NOT have any signed contract, etc. with them. For several months, we have been trying to get balance of the down payment returned to us and have had NO LUCK. We are unable to register a complaint through the BBB because the company is NOT a member. I guess the next step is the Attorney General's office.
