Arby's is a good alternative to fast food restaurants. I enjoy their roast beef sandwiches. They have a good selection of food to eat.

I've been eating at this Arby's for almost 10 years. Rarely had issues. The last three visits had problems each time. First incident in this series had products missing from my order. The next incident had size discrepancies. This final time when I ordered, they had the order wrong and had missing items. I even questioned the price at the register and discovered a missing item to which the lady at the register apologized for because she forgot to add it.nnWhen I called to discuss the issue this time (I did not call them the first two times.), The person on the phone argued that I ordered incorrectly. Evidently, the sandwich I've been getting for more than a decade was ordered incorrectly for the first time ever. Strangely, this was the first time in years that I actually received the wrong sandwich. She did not take the time to even listen to what I was saying before insisting it was my mistake. We never got around to discussing all the mistakes... Just the first one. But calling that a discussion is generous. There was no point in attempting to communicate with her any further. Her defensiveness was too reactionary.nnI won't be returning to this location. There's an Arby's seven minutes away from this one on Milwaukee near the expressway. I've never had an issue there. It's worth the extra drive time.
