Wonderful people and can't thank them enough for the experience of the repairs
I have been a customer at Meris Cleaners for years. They take excellent care of my clothing and work uniforms. The family and staff is beyond kind! Very thankful for them and they great work they do!
Brought in a Calvin Klein, black and white, animal print jacket to be dry cleaned. When they returned it to me, it was gray and white. Apparently they didn't do a fabric test and the chemicals completely bleached it out. I think the worst part about it is that weren't honest. They obviously knew there was a problem early on and decided to keep going and make the error consistant. Then tried to pass it off as fine. Did they really think I wasn't going to notice that they turned the entire jacket a different color? I'm heartbroken. I loved this jacket.

I've used Meris cleaners a few times now and have had a great experience each time! They are friendly, reliable, and do immaculate work. I've had several wool/mixed fabric coats, my husband's suits, and even a hand embroidered gown cleaned by them. Great attention to detail and service. Definitely a repeat customer!
