First I will say that my family has been going to Meris Cleaners since we moved to Beloit in 1996. Once I got married, my husband started taking his suits to get dry cleaned at Meris. At the beginning of October, my husband dropped his Ralph Lauren suit off to be dry cleaned. Two weeks after he picked it up, I noticed that the pants he had on were a different texture than his jacket. Come to find out, they were a completely different brand (Savane). He spoke with several employees with what appeared to be no real action taken on their part to try and locate the correct pants. At one point, the owner (?) Got upset with him for asking other employees about the issue. On his latest visit, he took the jacket for the gentleman to take a picture of the jacket and told him he would continue to look for it and get back to him in January.nnWe will no longer be taking any of our clothes to be dry cleaned here and will not recommend this business in the future. My husband also had another suit ruined there several years ago with no offer of compensation for the ruined suit. The employee basically blamed my husband for ruining the suit.

Really nice lady works here but most important is they did a great job on some stains i had on my hockey jersey cost me 5 and some change go here for dry cleaning needs for sure
