Called and set up an appointment a week in advance and was told they would be out early afternoon the following week. On the day of of the work, I had not seen or heard anything from the company.nnI had to call the office and upon checking was told that the techs probably would not make it out today (not a huge issue, things happen). When trying to reschedule, I was basically put all the way to the bottom of the list and then pushed to the end of the week (my job was scheduled for the beginning of the week).nnCalled another company and got better turn around time and service and decided Mass wasn't worth the time and trouble if they can't call and communicate this in advance.

Very pleased with their work on our new bathroom remodel. Explained everything as they went and asked questions to make sure things were done the way I wanted them. Work is quality and the price was very fair. Charles and Rudy were also very kind to my curious children who wanted to watch everything they were doing.

The babe that answers the phone pretends to know what she’s talking about. She fakes her knowledge or lack there of. I see why they have her answering the phone. Probably a helpers girl friend. I asked to talk to someone about a backup emergency sump pump and I don’t think she even knew what a sump pump was!nThen just put me on hold for 10 minutes. What a joke!
