I went to the Waterford WI store to pick up two subs I ordered on the subway app I go in and this lady behind counter starts screaming you have to have a mask when I told her I have a medical condition that prevents me form wearing a mask she just keeps yelling through the store that if I needed them to bring it out to me I should have requested it and I didnt know that was a option so.then she said I will never be allowed in her store without a mask and thats fine me and my family members eat at this Subway alot but that won't ever happen again I will get my subs from somewhere else and this lady should worry more about making your order correct which she did not do on my order I will be telling everyone I know thats eat there to go elsewhere

They always get my door dash order wrong. Either they forget my side items or they dont toast my sandwiches. Better to go to the store I guess then to order it. Pay the extra fees for delivery and it's always messed up.

Always a good place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. The workers have always been pretty friendly and attentive. I tend to stop here once every couple of weeks on my way to work. There are a few closer to my destination but I prefer this one because of how cozy it feels. As long as things stay like they are I'll continue being a repeat customer.

The last few sandwiches I purchased has very dry bread. I wonder if they are using day or two old bread?
