A little slow, but friendly staff
Would love to give it 0.... not one.... not twice..... but three times I have gone in in a row no doubt...... they have forgotten my food! And I don't go often
The rice in my burrito was old and hard with spots where it was cold. Felt like it had been in the pot for hours!! Worse part is I was half-way through my meal when I bit down onto the hard rubbery grains.The rice had not been changed. My tacos were a mess! Just thrown into the bag and fell apart as I opened the wrapping paper. This is Racine. A small town with not much to expect from it. Nevertheless, the service says alot of what you think of your customers. Be it a rundown city, or low-income zip code, its no less deserving of decent food and service than Milwaukee, GB, or Chicago. This is unacceptable.
They always have the ingredients to make the food you love...unlike other taco bells!!
Everything came as ordered. Friendly window service. Zoomed through drive thru in about 5 minutes. Great.
