Elite Car Wash

Suggestion .. At the start people don't smile.. People don't really pay attention to detail on elite wash at beginning with brushes... How about "thank you for using our car wash"?.. This will help word of mouth say good things but instead it looks like what the cat drug in the house attitude!!.. Sorry, just a few customer service point of views.. But vacuum and blow out tools work good

I signed up and paid a monthly subscription to use this car wash. It's really quick and convenient. The problem is, every time I went through, it left new scratches on my truck in the very same place. I assumed it was something caught in the wash rollers. I showed the scratches to the 'customer non-service' person who for some unknown reason is been employed there, they didn't care. I canceled my subscription and won't be back. I wasn't looking for them to fix the scratches, I only wanted them to know it was happening so they could check for objects in the wash that could be causing it and fix it. I guess that was asking too much. They weren't interested in making any effort toward keeping me as a customer. Hopefully I can find another drive-through wash that wants my business more, they are really convenient and quick.

Does a real good job without hurting the vehicle. I bought the monthly pass and go through several times a week. Definitely get my moneys worth that way.
