Needed a replacement water heater. Called early afternoon, got a call back later the same day. Heater ordered same day, delivered and installed the following. Steve is both knowledgeable and personable, highly recommend his work.nnJust keep in mind he's one guy, so be understanding if there's some delay in contacting him; it'll be worth the wait!
They never returned my call for request to do some plumbing work. I also was looking for someone to help install a wet bar for my basement entertainment room and bar.nnI quess they have so much work that they do not see a need to return calls or be professional in their business relations.
Fast and fair.
These guys are excellent. Had a plumbing emergency with sewage backing up into the basement. These guys snaked out the sewer laterals to >100 feet until the clog was gone. It wasn't a straightforward job but they were pros and handled it without a problem. Despite requiring more time and equipment than initially expected, their price did not change. Very personable people as well. They will definitely be the first people I call next time I need a plumber.
Great! My hot water heater broke on weekend. Called Monday morning and they came and replaced within a couple of hours. Fantastic service, would recommend.
