First time using Building Waters Inc. From speaking to them on the phone to working with the plumber the service was awesome. Ted was my plumber and he was very kind, polite, easy to speak to and knowledgeable. He was efficient in the repair and did a great job. Really good people to work with. Very friendly and helpful. Install was great and when they came back on a warmer day to setup the air the gentleman did a fantastic job. We had a floor drain problem in our basement and were very concerned because this had never happened before. Called Building Waters and John was at our home the following morning.
