Awesome pizza!! Great atmosphere!! Great service -- even if it can take a while to get seated.
Made an online order at 4:00pm to be picked up at 5:00pm. I arrived to pick up my order at 4:56pm. The order was only a cowboy keto and a medium cheese pizza. Got to Papa Murphys and had to wait 20 minutes. A client walked in after me (she got her pizza before me) that made an online order too and she got her pizza within 5 minutes and the worker apologized for the wait. After I got my order none of the workers apologized for the wait. I don’t see the reason of ordering ahead if the order is not ready when it’s supposed to ready. Definitely will not be back anytime soon, if slow service continues.
As far as take n bake goes this location has you covered. I’ve ordered many times and never had an issue. Orders are consistent and correct.
Ordered and paid online, it was ready to go at the door. Very efficient and Covid safe.
I've always liked Pappa Murphy's, but my local one here on the corner of Washington Ave and Ohio st. In Racine is super good. The staff is always great, and the pizzas are always awesome. The only thing I wish, is that they had a drive through for pick-up of pre-ordered food.
