I recently took 2 coats in to get freshened. I was quoted a price of $13 each. When I went in to pick up the price jumped to $19 & $16. When I said that is not what we agreed upon I was given every excuse in book, it had a belt, interior lining?? Receipt claims both jackets are wool but only one was, neither jacket had stains or anything wrong. I simply wanted them freshened. Oh and besides up charging me and refusing to charge the price we agreed upon they smell, worse then when I brought them in to be freshened! At least the worker was friendly even though he refused to charge me what I had agreed upon!
Did a great job on my daughter’s quinceanera dress that was water damaged. And handled other items from our recent. Very professional & kind.
