This was my first time using Marathon. Harlan arrived promptly at 9:00. He was efficient and highly professional. He explained some issues, including giving good advice on the use (or not) of certain spot cleaners for pet stains. Carpets look great! I will definitely Marathon again!
Harlan came out to clean our living room carpet and entry way tile (which looks great). He was on time and very professional and efficient. He went above and beyond with the service and was friendly when talking through the process. Will definitely contact him in the future.
I was impressed with Ben. Very polite and courteous. Did an excellent job. Also up to date technology. I really liked having a picture of who was coming.
