Im from Racine and I came back into town to visit and stopped hear to do some laumdry i litterly told my friend it was a good place from what i remembered well and let me tell you this was the worst service I've ever had the staff was unfriendly and rude although the place was somewhat clean the staff is RUDE they dont deserve buisness with they way they treat people. Will never visit here again when im in town and i hope everyone else finds a new place.
It was very dirty. I go there every couple of months to do blankets. Never again I brought home.a cockroach. Thanks never again
Your establishment is supposed to open at 5AM. It is now 6:30AM, and I am still waiting for the doors to be opened. There is no notice of adjusted hours on your doors, but you have the social distancing requirements plastered everywhere.nnI will not be taking this review down until I get an apology for this and for not allowing my disabled friend to use your bathroom a few weeks ago, in which the proper people have been notified.nnUPDATE: For the second day in a row, they were not open when I got there just after 6AM. Nothing has changed, no apology given... not surprised. I'm going to Velvet Touch on Lathrop from now on. You lost a regular customer, but I guess you really don't care, do you?
I go there once a week. Marcella is a very hard worker. She is the manager.
