Went in asked where l can’t find an item I had to wait for two employees to stop talking before they even acknowledge me Then he just points and said down there after finding it on my own I asked them if they had any more than what I saw he looked at me and said what I got is what I got. Horrible customer service It’s sad how Home Depot and Lowe’s have better customer service than a small company I hope they squash them like a bug

When i told them what i wanted, they made sure that i got the best product to suit my needs. They care about their customers. That is why i will be back the next time i need anything from their store.

Twice I've been in and found the customer service lacking... no, really it was not there. Although they weren't busy, they acted like my presence was a terrible intrusion! Two strikes...you're out!
