My faith in customer service has been restored thanks to my experience at Standard! I came to the store super frustrated and irritable because I had searched all over town for the item I needed. Staff in other stores just sent me on my way and basically told me to order on line in if I didn't like it. As soon as I walked into Standard, Danielle met me with a huge smile and asked me if she could help me. I'm certain that I barked at her, but she was gracious and friendly. She took me through the section explaining in detail all of my options. She walked me through pricing, quality and offered to order something else for me if what they had in stock didn't fit my needs. Danielle was warm, knowledgeable, funny, and caring. Danielle could not have been more friendly and helpful. Because of Danielle's attitude and willingness to do what it took to make me happy, I will return again and again to Standard. Thank you Danielle for making me believe that amazing customer service still exists!

I am very satisfied with my experience. The employee's are very friendly and helpful. The manage Dusty took the time to make sure I got everything I needed to install my new mail box. A great store with great employee's and great prices! I will definitely be back! :)

I walked in not even sure what exactly I was looking for. I was greeted by a lady named Melanie. She was super helpful. I was explaining what I thought I needed and turns out she goes and gets the manager Dusty. Together they both pointed me in the right direction. Found exactly what was needed to complete our home project. Thank you Ladies for all your help and especially for not making me feel "less than" for not fully understanding what I was looking for. I appreciate that you took time out of your day to help explain the differences in my choices. Will defiantly be back and would recommend them to anyone!
