Serves the Valley with excellent customer service and quality products. I hope they pay the employees well and treat them right. They have the right stuff.

They had what I needed and were friendly. They usually dont have enough staff to walk you right to the item you need or explain what options you have to complete your project. But for a quick stop, they're awesome. Close to my home, good selection, friendly service, and not nearly as crowded as the bigger hardware stores. Great resource for the community.

Shopping here—which I only do out of laziness and/or desperation, because it’s 5 minutes closer than any other hardware store—never fails to put me in a foul temper. I get that it’s not Home Depot, but the prices here are significantly higher than Ace, and they’re often out of the item I’m looking for. There seems to only ever be one person working there on weekdays, and she is truly awful. Almost always distracted and taking on the phone, almost always griping about something, super unprofessional. The capper was today: I think it was my only time being checked out by a maskless clerk in a retail setting since the pandemic began and stores reopened. Seriously?!? I get that stores can’t enforce that all *customers* wear masks, but there’s no excuse for unmasked employees. Shame on South Fork. This kind of ridiculousness is why Utah is the top COVID hotspot in the west right now.
