Nathan did an excellent job at cleaning all the area rugs, carpets and stairs. He arrived on time and answered all the questions.
Very prompt and courteous. Also, they did an amazing job cleaning the carpets. I was certain that the living room carpet was not savable, but once they cleaning it, it looked great. Highly recommended!
This review is long overdue since I have used Pro Carpet many times and have always been pleased with the results. There is nothing not to like about Carpet Pro -- they arrive when they say they will, the carpets are expertly cleaned and best of all they do this at a reasonable price. If my carpets need cleaning there is only one place I'd consider --Carpet Pro.
I cannot say enough good things about the work that Carpet Pro did on our carpet. We had a cat urine stain from several months ago that became worse when I unsuccessfully attempted to clean it up. Carpet Pro originally treated in June and it was great for 6 months until a lingering odor came back. Without any question or delay, they came right back out and spent over an hour cleaning the small area again, free of charge. We were even notified of what our next step may need to be if the odor comes back. They were professional, quick, clean, and helped reduce our anxiety regarding a seemingly helpless situation. Thanks again!
