The technician who came to my house was professional, respectful, and great to work with. However, getting a technician to my home at the scheduled time and being made aware of the scheduled time was a nightmare. Based on my first experience working with Stanley Steamer, they do not communicate well with other branches or their customers. Overall it was a very frustrating experience and be prepared to have to call them to see if they are coming and or confirm their arrival time.
Especially now, with COVID-19 going on, it was especially important for us to have a good thorough cleaning done. When it's that important you have to go with who you trust, and we trust Stanley Steamer. They always do great work.
Derek and Andy just finished my carpet cleaning. I could not be happier. They explained options and offered solutions without being pushy. They are excellent at what they do. I hope Stanley appreciates them for the assets they are to the company. Deb
Andy arrived and got right to work. He was diligent in all phases of the cleaning, personable, and tidied up before he left. I would absolutely use Stanley Steemer again, and would refer them & Andy to everyone. BTW - They doe more than carpet cleaning. A LOT more!
