Great to work with! Great work at a reasonable price. They do their best to fit you in when they are very busy. Hard to find a plumber to even return a call. Not sure why the person is complaining about a supervisor watching an apprentice do the work. What do you think is going to happen? If you understood how businesses work then you would understand you will pay for anyone coming to your house in any service industry. Trades are in dire need of apprentices. They have to be paid and someone has to pay for their learning. Believe me, in all businesses you are paying for the trainee in some fashion. I see they aren't willing to put their name either. Hopefully they at least contacted the company prior to writing a dumb review!

Very unreliable. Never know when or IF they will show up for a job. They do a sloppy job and install things incorrectly. Save your money and do it yourself or find someone who will do the job right the FIRST time.
