I have had several times of going through here and my order being incorrect. Tonight we went through and order the number 2 supreme and than 2 loco tacos supreme. To get home and find out we got steak. I’m sorry but if you don’t have the product you should be letting your customers know or you should be making enough to last you through the night. The steak tastes awful! I’m beyond disappointed in this establishment, working late nights and just wanting to stop for a quick bite to eat and not getting what I ordered is upsetting!

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for 5 years, and this year is by far the worst year I’ve ever experienced at this particular location. I am not even exaggerating, every time I’ve gone to this Taco Bell for the past six months, everytime they have messed up our order, forgetting sour cream, napkins, sauces, completely forgetting beans and meat. And tonight... tonight we went through the drive through and ordered nachos bell grande, and 2 cheese Gordita crunches add sour cream and add beans to 1. Not only did they forget the beans and put a stingy amount of beef in there, they didn’t put beef on the nachos at all, only beans. Apon acknowledging this going back through the drive through they told us “oh sorry we forgot to tell you that we’re out of beef” you’re Taco Bell and you’re out of beef? So you just thought to make our items that have beef in them without beef without telling us? What kind of operation are you guys running in this location. I’m sick of coming here, having everything be messed up and on top of it not getting napkins. We’re eating frickin tacos and nachos napkins should be mandatory.

They are trying very hard to work through the covid disease . But good help is hard to find.

Fast service drive thru only flaw was the chalupa bread was kinda old and stale but everything else was on point..
