Stay away!! Their price is WAY overpriced to the point where they are basically robbing you. Their staff is fine but seems uneducated when it comes to pricing. Went in to get 2 pants shortened and 2 suits cleaned, charged me $86... wished I knew the cost before hand. Would of never went there if I knew it was going to cost me that much. Ridiculous .

The staff is wonderful, we just have nice conversations with them. We have never not received a smile from the staff which just lights the place up. It doesn't feel industrial which is nice but it it a little dirty and I don't need to see everything in the store. Prices are reasonable and they do their job the best. We go there for all of it. They need better advertising.

I went to traditional cleaners after my wedding to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. It has been a terrible process! When I went in, I was given a time frame of a month and it would be ready.... however it has been almost 2 months and it is still not ready. I was supposed to be given a call when my dress was ready for me to inspect it... 2 weeks after the month dead line, I gave them a call to see if my dress was in and ready to inspect. They said my dress was not in yet. They said they lady who does the dresses was on vacation the past week, but she is back now am getting caught up. However, an hour later they called and said they do have my dress and it actually has been sitting there for a week. I went in and inspected the dress. It looked great no stains. They gave me another time frame for when my dead would be preserved and boxed and ready for pick up..... they said it should be a week and it had been 2. I called back again to check the status of my dress and it is still not ready. They told the same excuse that they had made almost a month ago about the lady who does the wedding dresses was on vacation.
