I am annoyed. I have never had issues with this location in the past, but went in today because it sounded good. I ordered two baja freezes because I know they don't sell an XL drink and then I ordered an XL cup so that I could combine the two. I was charged $0.35 cents, so I assumed it was fine. I went up to the front, paid and then was handed a small cup with ice water. I simply asked for the XL cup that I asked for and was replied with "this is the extra cup that you get." If you charge someone money, give them what they ordered. I drove off without it because they acted annoyed. Get it together.
Deeply disappointed in the service I received. I will never come back. Also recommend to anyone else. Spend your money elsewhere! They have multiple options in the area besides this T-BELL
It was ok. Love was long but CASHIER at window asked if it was worth the wait? Strange little fellow. Also super duper sad about No fiesta pots
This Taco Bell almost always gets something wrong with my order. I swear they don't listen to half of the orders they get.
When they do listen, often times the food you receive is either overcooked or just old. Nothing remarkable... I get that it's just taco bell, but the food should be at least a little pleasant.
They've also started a super new and fun thing where they ask you to give them a good review on their website or something. They don't ask for a review, or an honest review... just a good one. Interesting pattern though: the only time they ask for the reviews is when they have checked the order for screw ups.
The service is fast, but I wouldn't consider it friendly, good, or welcoming.
I love Taco Bell chalupas. They're always very good. This location though did not put any of the sauce in my chalupas they were very dry.
