Had another fabulous experience with Archer! Unbelievable wood work. Rick was very responsive from the moment I called him on Saturday after the storm came in. They are concerned and bring a wealth of knowledge and advice to the table. I will call Archer for all my property needs. They are AWESOME and they go above and beyond . Richard came out to our home to give us an estimate on what we thought was mold damage. It turned out to be soot; we heat with wood. Anyway, he gave us a name of a lab to send in a sample to be tested to be sure. He is fairly certain we do not have mold. With all his experience, he can tell what's what, and ours did not follow a mold pattern. What a tremendous relief! He was prompt and thorough. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who has a job like this. (But give the poor guy a cup of coffee; I neglected to do that as I was so focused on my concerns.) If we have any other issues, I will be calling his company! Diane Osborn

We had a septic back up in our lake house basement in late October, We tried to do the clean-up ourselves but became completely over whelmed very quickly. I insisted my hubby call a clean-up company. We called Archer and within hours they were out at our place ripping out carpeting, flooring and eventually 1/2 walls to completely sanitize the rooms. Justin was our project manager and he was always willing to communicate with us on the status of the reconstruction and did an excellent job of rebuilding the entire area. It looks better than before the flood. We highly recommend this company for reconstruction support!

Thanks Rick for the great job you and your employees did in remediating the storm damage we incurred last summer at our cabin on Half Moon Lake. All of your employees were courteous, helpful and easy to work with. And they all did quality work. Your foreman, Joe, was extremely capable and customer service oriented. Thank you again.
