I stopped on Saturday for a door lock combo pack. They didn’t have the combo pack in the finish I wanted though they carried the deadbolt lock and door knob separate. I went to the counter and asked for the locks to be rekeyed to the match. I got a blank stare followed by “not today”. This is a complete joke given it takes about 5 minutes to rekey a lock. I left without the locks and proceeded to Menards in St Croix Falls. I would expect this level of service from Menards or Home Depot, not a professional lumber yard.
Fantastic store. Love talking to the staff and the knowledge they bring to the conversation.
Very helpful staff. They helped bend up some roll stock into drip cap since the roll stock was best color match.
This was over a year ago, but I was looking for organic soil though in the front of the store was a 'Roundup' display. I asked the employee if they had any organic soil and she said that they did not. I told her that I would browse, but she non-verbally made it clear that I would not be browsing without her following me around the store. I'm still not sure, to this day, what made me look like someone that needs to be followed around a store as I'm browsing.
Friendly Staff. Lots of do it yourself tools.nNeed a kitchen or new cabinet's that's the place to go!!!
