I only used the laundry mat cuz my washer broke. One washer didn't seem to spin out my clothes all the way so they we're dripping wet coming out of the washer. There was one dryer that didn't seem to get hot and my clothes were still damp. I also didn't like that there wasn't a time on the dryers. The lady working was walking around cleaning which was nice to see!
Not so much the cleaners as its who they send customers items to to be mended/ alterations. Paid $20 for 2 buttons that I still had to be sewn back on and almost a 3 inch area of inside seam had came unstitched and that was poorly done as well. I wore coat mayne 3 or 4 times but only have buttoned it couple times and 1 of the buttons she just sewn back on has already came off!! I mean I could have done almost as well and saved $20.
When i forget to pick my cloths up they put them in bag i brough and keep it behind the counter for me to pick up the next day. Good people
Not expensive and freindly
Two or three of their big washers have been out of order for years. I wish they'd fix them. Otherwise, this place is ok; staff is nice, place is clean. Nice location, easy parking, and you can browse the dollar general store across the parking lot while your laundry does its thing.
