Bethany was amazing. We were so worried that we would not have plumbing for so long. This is place was amazing and she worked so fast. Loved it and will use them from now own.
If I could give a zero here I would. I have called 3 times to schedule these people over the last 6 months. You get their call center in California. Every time they have told me they could have someone to my house same day. Every time the local people call and say "Nope, will be 3-5 days." Happened again today. I even asked the scheduler if they had the right information and they said the local people update the schedule and it is correct. After I arranged to take the afternoon off, I get a call that says they can't come for 5 days! Tracy at the office in Ogden blames it on the call center. It's the local people that don't update the schedule. Don't use them....they are not reliable AT ALL.
