My hot water heater was leaking out of the base of the unit. I called them on a Tuesday and they arrived the next day and installed a new one. They were professional and communicated exactly what they were doing. This is the third time that I have used their services and I have been satisfied with their performance each time.
We hired S & B to reconfigure ourkour sink drain and install new water valves. We elected to install the garage disposal ourselves to save money. After they were done we put in the disposal and it was 2 inches lower than the drain T that it flows into. We called them back and they said it was impossible to line them up with out installing the disposal at the time of service. If they had told us that in the beginning, we could have figured that out beforehand. They said it would be another service fee to come back and fix it plus labor. So we ended up having to reroute it all ourselves anyway. We ended up paying over $300 and we had to redo half their work. I'm not pleased with the outcome.
Brian and his WHOLE crew know what they are doing. Upfront, honest and get the job done right! No hesitation here to call them for any plumbing needs be it residential or commercial. They can do it all and do it right!
We had some plumbing problems that needed to be taken care of fast. We were told how good of a job S&B plumbing does. So we called and talked to Brian He took time and explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. Their work was very high quality and the customer service we received was top notch!! Also the price was by far fair to say the least. When the time comes that we need a plumber again NO doubt on who we’ll call. Thanks Brian.. for a job very well done!!
Had these guys come out to fix a leak . Very glad I called. found out I had more issues than I thought. Leak wasn't coming where I though it was and they were able to find it and fix it without any damage to my walls. Definitely would call again for any of my plumbing needs.
