Handcuffs fit good. the car was clean & smelled good over all good experience will definitely be getting arrested by them again

The Ogden Police Department is an absolute joke. Someone crashed into my wife’s parked unoccupied vehicle and left the scene. The establishment that this happened at has video cameras that most likely captured this incident and the person who did this. The officer who supposedly investigated this called me a couple days after the incident and said He was unable to get ahold of the people who owned the establishment where this occurred so He wasn’t able to obtain any video, and that he was going on vacation therefore was closing the case. I pressed him to not give up so easily. He said he would continue to try to get ahold of them from his end. This occurred Jan. 5th and I haven’t been able to get ahold of the officer since. Seriously if you can’t solve a crime that was literally captured on video what crimes do you think you have a chance of cracking.I wouldn’t except much help when enlist the Ogden Police Departments help.

I called to see if fingerprinting services were available and they were very accommodating, even willing to call someone else in to help me. I arrived to find out they only offer electronic prints so if you’ve written on the cards already you’re out of luck! South Ogden PD does ink only so can help if you’ve written on the cards but it costs $25 whereas it’s only $15 at the Ogden PD.

Ogden city police have always been good to me. I am white so take it w grain of salt. Out of everywhere, I suggest being arrested here.

I got given a $120 ticket on the 30th at 9pm for turning left into the far right lane of a two lane street without a SINGLE CAR ON THE ROAD. The officer wouldn’t even tell me the dollar amount of the citation when i asked and made me go into the city office to pay it and have the clerk tell me. Look, bottom line, These guys care about nothing but quotas and using any excuse to squeeze more money out of law abiding citizens. Here’s looking at you Officer T Embley 1009, really serving and protecting there, having someone with a ridiculously clean criminal and driving record pay a BS fine so you look better to your boss.
