9/20 - Dylan removed/installed a toilet. At the time I scheduled the appointment I requested Dylan. I remembered how helpful and what a nice person he was when he installed a new water softener for me earlier in the year. Dylan did not disappoint. He installed the toilet with no issues, was very professional and amicable. He’s an extremely nice person and an excellent plumber. Thank you Dylan!nn2/20 - Dylan was very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He showed me with a water test that my 20 year old water softener was not working well and with no pressure explained about buying a new one. I chose to buy a new one and Dylan was able to pick the softener up and install it right then. He did some other plumbing maintenance on the house and that was that. The appointment went extremely well. I will definitely ask for Dylan again for any plumbing needs.
My water heater was leaking where the water pipe enters the system. It was late in the evening and we would not have been able to have water in the morning if Frank had not come at 10 in the evening to fix it. He was fast, polite, very safe, and all around great guy. He had everything fixed good as new in about 35 minutes. He also did a great job putting in our water softener back in January. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needed help. He is doing a great service helping families out during this crazy time. Thanks, Frank! You rock!
We needed our sewer main cleaned that was backing up on our old home with a tree root problem. After a lot of searching and calls I am glad that we decided on this great company due to them being experienced, family and veteran owned.nnPricing was very fair. Not the cheapest, but not overly expensive and made sure we were on board before starting any work. Worth every penny, they have lived up to all of our expectations and more! Our experience was perfect from the call to schedule the appointment till the end of the cleaning. It is hard to find this kind of service and integrity these days. They kept us updated on scheduling and even sent a profile of the tech enroute!nnOur tech was right on time and happy to answer any and all questions that we had. He did an outstanding job and informed us of all of our options for what we could do to prevent the issues from becoming a major problem down the road. It is refreshing to work with people that have real values and honesty, the next time we need plumbing we will definitely be using BF again! We have been dealing with a reverse osmosis system issue for a while. Because the system was a little older I had a hard time finding someone to work on it. Not only did they make me feel like I was their only customer, they showed up today and I got a text all about the technician that was coming. It was a picture of him, a little bit about him and his background...it was totally unexpected but was super cool.nnAustin showed up and this guys personality was so great. He was very professional, gave me some direction on how to fix the existing system and in the event that this replacement part doesn't work we will definitely be coming to you guys for the new RO system. Outstanding service and probably the best I've ever had!
The company was great to work with from start to finish. Bill did a fantastic job installing a brand new shower for us. The quote was very reasonable and the price did not change from the original estimate. I highly recommend using this company.
