Brett is absolutely amazing, extremely involved and actually cares about his clients! Brett has been there for us every step of the way, not only with selling our home, but with building our new home! His team is amazing and always available. Brett went out of his way to be present for every meeting even helping pick out colors and upgrades in our new build. He was always available to answer any questions we had no matter how stupid they may have been. 😁 He helped show us the pros and cons to all of our decisions and also was a huge help with all of our anxiety through the processes! If you’re looking for a great realtor with an amazing team, Mansell is definitely the best choice!

My husband walked into the Ogden Mansell office and met Brett Herron, and right away he knew he was the right agent for us. My husband and I were planning a move from California and Brett was able to assist us remotely. Throughout the process, Brett has proven to be a consummate professional and is dedicated to his clients' well-being. We took a vacation over Christmas and Brett was willing to spend an entire weekend with us in order to find the best home for my husband and I. He proved to be knowledgeable in more than just the market. He was formerly a general contractor which brought so much more value to the table. He was meticulous about even the smallest of details throughout our walk-throughs and home search. He gently guided us through what can typically be a stressful process and helped us make a smart investment. We would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to either buy or sell a home. Ive bought and sold 5 houses with Brett, Hands down the best. Very responsive, helpfully and on top of everything. Every house I sold we had a buyer 1st day if not from the 1st weekend under contract. Also with building new houses hes there to help with make sure your building the best house with the best Value.
