I liked these guys so much, I went to work for them. Many realtors in this office have over 30 years of experience. Expect a high level of customer service and professionalism.

We have rented a unit from them for 3 years with no complaints or problems, but when speaking to Ryan about having moved he was very condescending and rude.

I am trying to find the site that allows a person to upload a file. I have scanned their 13 page rental contract. I passed the credit and background check. Most people have 24 hours to sign the contract. In my case, because I have a HUD Section 8 voucher, we had to wait until my inspection. Thus, after given the contract, I took it to my insurance agent, because I needed Renter's Insurance. He has a 30 year career, with four companies, in Renter's Insurance experience. He stated most of what they want is in Owner Insurance, not Renter's Insurance. There was a clause in the contract having to do with: If insurance doesn't cover damage, then it's the responsibility of the renter, they can not fall back on the owner's insurance. I backed out of renting the property.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Century 21. We opened our skincare studio on Grant Avenue in Ogden, and our entire experience with them has been amazing. We have worked with Ryan through everything, and he is very responsive and attentive to our needs as renters. We love being in Ogden. Thank you Centry 21 for allowing us to have our business in this awesome Ogden location!
